Industry leaders join RedPixie at the launch of a visionary ‘Modern Business’ technology centre
Watford, Hertfordshire, 6 October 2014 – At a glittering launch event last Thursday, RedPixie was joined by an array of industry leaders to formally open its state-of-the-art technology centre in Watford. The ‘Customer Immersion Experience (CIE)’, will provide businesses with a unique opportunity to get ‘hands-on’ with the very latest technologies and devices from Microsoft, Nokia, Jabra, Lifesize and Epson, amongst others.
Richard Harrington, MP for Watford, formally opened the centre saying “Having been in industry for over 28 years before becoming an MP, I’m fully aware of what it’s like to start, run and grow a business. RedPixie is a company that is well ahead of the game because of the pure vision of the team. I am very proud to be associated with you and I wholeheartedly congratulate you on launching this new technology centre today, which will help other businesses understand the role of technology immeasurably.”
Representatives from an array of blue-chip organisations – including Marks & Spencer, Warner Bros, INC Direct, Global Mutual, Wessex Water, High Commission of Canada and Absolute Publishing – attended the event. Senior Directors from Microsoft and Jabra were also present to show their support.

Visitors to the centre can immerse themselves in a number of every-day business scenarios demonstrating how modern, cutting-edge technology can change the way people work through greater mobility and capability. These ‘hands-on experiences include playing with ‘Interactive Walls’, using the new Microsoft Surface Pro 3, seeing a stunning High Definition Video Conferencing suite in action, and more. The scenarios also reveal how IT cost can be significantly reduced and competitive advantage gained.

RedPixie estimate that over 200 businesses will visit the centre in the next 12 months alone.
