Current Vacancies

We have an urgent requirement to expand our Managed Services team based in our Watford office. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven 2nd Line Support Engineer, delivering and supporting critical business systems and infrastructure to our SMB customers.

As a Network Support Analyst you will be part of a Managed Services team supporting a range of technical systems including: Windows Azure and Office365, Cisco/SonicWALL/Draytek network topologies, Active Directory and GPOs.

There will be times where travel may be required to a client site, however the majority of the work is based from our Watford office. Flexibility around working hours to ensure delivery of projects will be of great advantage for the role and naturally expected from time to time.

Ideal applicants will have at least 2 years’ experience and demonstrate support and project delivery knowledge to a 2nd line level of the following technologies –

– Office 365
– Microsoft Azure
– Microsoft Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012
– SQL Server including clusters/AlwaysOn
– Active Directory including clusters and GPOs
– System Center Configuration Manager
– Basic Windows based networking – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc
– Basic routing, switching & firewall rules
– ITIL/Prince2 knowledge

It would also be expected that applicants hold relevant Cisco (CCNA) and Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSA, MCSE) and some PowerShell scripting experience. Impeccable customer services skills and knowledge of working with SMBs are also highly desirable.

We are looking to expand our existing Sales team of 5. The reason being solely to grow the revenue streams for our next sales year (1st Feb). We have aggressive budgets to hit and need to invest in New Business sales individuals. Currently NB sales will be able to keep their accounts in order to build up an account base. The successful candidate will need between 3-5 years’ experience preferably selling software solutions. I must stress that it is vital for the candidate to fit into the culture of the company, this is one of:
